Diane Tabulog is a technology recruiting leader, Sr technical recruiter, and tech staffing agency owner with a foundation in IT. She began her career in database development and analysis, and that technical start shapes how she evaluates talent and solves workforce problems. She has worked in agency IT recruiting, talent strategy, and workforce development for nearly 20 years. She has worked for a multi-billion-dollar recruiting agency where she advanced from an Entry-level Recruiter to Managing Director. She has built and scaled two IT staffing operations, including founding iReqs, LLC and helping launch the IT division at 1Link Technology. She has served on several boards and technical advisory committees, helped launch and support multiple user groups and meetups, and currently serves as President of NELATEK. She regularly speaks at conferences, teaches LinkedIn and resume workshops, mentors students, and previously taught business skills to incarcerated women. Community involvement and workforce development are central to her mission and career

Robert Zeller, MBA, CISA
Rob Zeller is currently the IT Internal Audit Manager at Medical Mutual in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Zeller’s extensive career encompasses over 39 years. Mr. Zeller started his career as an IT developer and traversed through multiple IT application and infrastructure job roles. After 30 years, Mr. Zeller transitioned into a full-time Internal Audit role. Mr. Zeller holds an Associates of Applied Science, Bachelor of Science, and Master of Business Administration degree as well as holding a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification from ISACA. Mr. Zeller also holds a Board position with the Northeast Ohio ISACA Chapter.
