Volunteer Information

Val Mooney and Ryan Sather are trying to get the volunteer list together so that we can begin assigning people to roles for this year’s conference. As part of the affiliate agreements that you all renewed this year, we need at least 3 volunteers from each organization.  These do not need to be board members of your organization but we need you to put the call out to get some assistance to make the conference successful as we return to an in-person event.  If you know someone is not a good volunteer from your chapter events, we’d appreciate any pre-screening you can do.

Reminder: Volunteers are asked to work 2 – ½ day shifts in exchange for a conference pass.  The remainder of the time can be used to attend sessions, etc.

Roles include moderating sessions, badge scanning for sessions, crowd control, etc.  If one has a strong preference that can be indicated.

Please submit these names and emails by Friday, March 4^th as we are trying to finalize the conference schedule on March 8^th.
