In this live presentation Matt Findlay, a seasoned industry professional, will explore the evolving methods cyber attackers are using to craft more convincing phishing and vishing attacks with the aid of artificial intelligence (AI). The discussion will focus on how AI has significantly lowered the barrier to entry for cybercriminals, enabling the creation of highly sophisticated social engineering attacks. As AI technology advances, these threats are becoming more realistic and harder to detect, highlighting the need for organizations to adapt and strengthen their defenses against this growing challenge.

It was great meeting with the isc2 Twin Cities chapter in person and having the discussions. Thanks Matt for demonstrating how GenAI is being used to improve the quality of phishing and how attackers are bypassing MFA.
