Enterprise Networks continue to grow in size, speed, and complexity. Virtualization, in both the Network, Server, and cloud have all added to this trend. As a result of these changes traditional techniques to capture traffic that is to be used to address Advanced Persistence Threats, Prevent Data Loss, and perform Deep Packet Inspection are rendered ineffective. These tools are often overloaded and the wrong position causing them to miss critical traffic necessary to perform as intended.
We will cover how to address these ongoing challenges so you can secure your network with understanding and confidence. We will talk about how to approach virtualization (VM Ware, NSX, ACI, Etc), the Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google, Etc), and newer network topologies (FEX, BiDi, 100Gh, Etc) so tools have access to traffic and are not overrun. Last, but not least we will review ways to save money and extend the life of your current tool.
